Paul's success has come from building strong and long-lasting relationships with his Clients, delivering their recruitment needs by identifying high-calibre Candidates and providing an efficient service in a transparent and honest manner. In addition to the promotion, he was also awarded the inaugural Outstanding Performance of the YearAward in recognition of his achievements in 2019.

Paul, part of MERJE’s high-performing Compliance and Risk Management team in Manchester, joined in 2014 as a Resourcer and through his hard work and dedication received three promotions in relatively quick succession. During his career with MERJE, Paul has developed an excellent understanding of the Financial Services market and his expertise and dedication to providing a high quality service has seen him enjoy year-on-year success.
Speaking about his journey with MERJE, Paul said, “When I joined the business in 2014, I had no prior recruitment experience but was keen to learn and develop my career in an environment that would both support and challenge me. Over the last six years, MERJE has provided me the perfect platform to grow my recruitment knowledge and expertise in the area of Compliance and Risk Management. The business has grown and evolved significantly during my time here which has been exciting to be a part of. I’ve genuinely loved every minute of the past six years and look forward to what the future holds.”
